1. Our approach
By default we use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website and client portal to work securely. Optional cookies are used only after you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
2. Cookies we use
- Session (__Host-vm_session / vm_session) — Strictly necessary — keeps you signed in to the client portal — up to 7 days, or until you sign out.
- Consent (vm_consent) — Strictly necessary — remembers your cookie choices — 180 days.
- No analytics tools are currently active.
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
3. Managing cookies
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to update your preferences. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the client portal.
