Quintet MENA

Quintet MENA brought a high-level live Jiu-Jitsu event to the UAE. I worked on the ground, handling real-time media and production coordination throughout the event.

Live sport runs on match timings, and those timings change. Athletes, organizers and media teams all had to move in step, with last-minute changes absorbed without breaking coverage.

I managed communication between athletes, organizers and media teams, keeping scheduling, call times and movement across the venue running smoothly. When timings shifted, I adapted on the spot so coverage never stopped.

The event flow stayed aligned with match timings, and coverage and execution ran seamlessly under pressure.
