01
Overview
UAE Warriors is a live MMA event. I operated at the core of its event coverage, working between the fighters, their PR teams and the production.
02
The challenge
Fight nights move fast and schedules change in real time. Media access and interviews had to fit around the fights without slowing production down.
03
Execution
I managed media access, interview scheduling and on-ground coordination between fighters, PR teams and production, and conducted on-camera interviews myself. As the schedule shifted, I kept content production aligned with the fight card.
04
Outcome
Consistent, high-quality coverage delivered throughout a fast-paced, high-pressure event.
